Women’s Sports Initiative

Women’s sports currently account for just 15% of all sports media coverage. Our mission? To elevate that figure to 50%. Through CAA Media & Entertainment Partnerships, we are driving
a groundbreaking movement to reshape sports entertainment by developing compelling,
women-focused stories that demand greater visibility and representation in the media.

THE CHALLENGE

Despite growing talent, successful matches and cultural relevance, women’s sports receive only 15% of all media coverage—highlighting a massive gap in visibility, investment, and storytelling.


THE SOLVE

CAA’s M&EP “15 to 50” initiative set out to close that gap
by developing a strategic platform aimed at amplifying
women-centric sports narratives and building industry
partnerships to drive lasting media change.


THE ROLE

As Lead Art Director and Designer, I created the visual identity
and branded all campaign materials—crafting a cohesive aesthetic and design language that brought the movement to life
and empowered our pitch presentations to resonate with production companies and strategic partners.
